My Kriya Yoga Practice

If you are firm in your approach and following your schedule religiously and need not worry about the outcome, then you get everything without asking or expecting. Keep in mind that everything comes out from nothing. Bhagavad Gita also supports my statement that you do karma and don’t have any expectations.

Don’t listen to people around you, What they comment or say, It is beyond your control. Initially, family members may not support you but your sincerity and dedication towards Kriya would prove them wrong, and then they will come forward to support you.

You need to follow the doctrine of non-duality which is an observer and observant one. Whatever you are doing, have faith, Doubting anything is duality. Feel that you are a witness. Whatever happens, let it happen. Don’t offer any sort of resistance to it. Life takes its own course. It doesn’t stop. It moves smoothly. Don’t discriminate in good or bad, literate and illiterate, cold or heat and so on. I don’t resist anyone or anything. Whatever good or bad situation comes to me, I allow it to pass.

There is not a single person exists who does not have good or bad thoughts. In case bad or unethical thoughts are emerging from your mind. Drop them and don’t pursue them. But pursuing a thought is a problem. They will vanish on their own. Never allow thoughts to percolate your tranquility.

Tratak will help you how to focus on an object or breathe without interfering with your thoughts. Initially, I too face this problem when I began practicing Kriya. Thoughts would bombard me from every direction. So don’t dishearten. Keep doing practice.

Walking meditation is quite helpful. One has to focus on how your leg muscles are acting while walking and how you maintain balance. Idea is,  not to allow thoughts to creep in or stop the mind from chattering. Watch nature while walking,  don’t analyze anything. After practicing for a week time, you will see changes in your mind chattering is reduced or eliminated.

I am available to you if you want my support. I would love to reply to you.
