Emptiness

पूरा ब्रह्माण्ड है रिक्त और हमारा शरीर भी रिक्त |
जो बाहर,वही अंदर भी, ये अहसास ही उन्मुक्त ||१

The universe is empty, and our body is also open. Whatever we see outside the body is present inside the body. Thus, the feeling makes us liberated.

गहरे ध्यान में अहसास हो जाता है रिक्तता का |
दिखाई दे  न कुछ और, केवल अनंत रिक्तता ||२

In a deep meditation state, one can feel the emptiness inside the body. Only vacuum is visible, nothing else, and that emptiness is infinite.

रिक्तता की अवस्था का अनुभव किया मैं विशेष |
नहीं रहता कोई विचार, चेतना पटल पर तब शेष ||३

I felt this state of emptiness inside. When this state arrived, I remained in a state of thoughtlessness. And this state of consciousness is pure consciousness.

रिक्तता में ही वास है उसका न माने तो तू परख |
तभी तो समय काल की पकड़ से दूर है अलख ||४

When the state of emptiness triggers, you can feel His presence. The Almighty is beyond time.

भरा पड़ा है अवांछनीय कचरा तेरे मस्तिष्क में |
खाली कर इसे क्रिया योग अभ्यास से ये कहूँ मैं ||५

Your mind is full of garbage. I am advising you to make it empty by doing Kriya practice.

खाली दिमाग़ शैतान का घर, गलत है ये कहावत |
ज्यों अशांत हाथी जिसका नहीं है कोई महावत ||६

The saying that an empty mind is a devil’s workshop is inappropriate. The genuine reason is like a wild elephant that does not have a mahout.

खाली दिमाग़ है निर्वाण, एक साधक का निंदर |
अशांत दिमाग़ खुराफ़ात से लवालव जैसे बन्दर ||७

Disciple attains nirvana when his mind is empty. Fluctuated state of mind is full of mischief like a monkey.

खाली दिमाग़ साधक की उयलब्धि, न कोई शिकवा |
किसी से न कोई अपेक्षा, इच्छा,नहीं कोई मितवा ||८

To be an empty mind for a disciple is attainment. Neither he has a grudge nor any complaint against anyone. He does not want anything from anyone. He has no desire and no friends, either.

सही क्रिया साधक को उसकी उच्च अवस्था ले जाय |
यहीं से साधक का परिवर्तन आप होना शुरू हो जाय ||९

The right way of practising Kriya takes the disciple to a higher state of consciousness. After attaining this state, the transformation of a disciple begins its own.

वैयक्तिता निंदर तेरी जब हो जाय तेरी सार्वभोमिकता |
लक्ष नजदीक, सबकुछ की भावना हो जाए शून्यता || १०

Nindar when your individuality becomes universality and when the feeling of everything becomes nothingness, then your inner transformation has begun, and you are very close to your goal.
