Third Eye

The manifestation of the third eye is the result of intense kriya practiced for many years.  So this is within the reach of an advanced yogi who can behold the third eye whenever and wherever he wishes to make the third eye visible. It is a gate to enter or peep inside the realm of the kingdom of the supreme power that runs this universe.

A persistent, determined novice kriya practitioner one day becomes a yogi. So have an eye on your goal. Life shows seriousness to those who are serious about it. A casual approach toward life is neither appreciable nor would be rewarded. A sincere effort will never go to waste away. Your yearning to know your truth would inspire you to move forward and not deviate from your goal. Intense kriya practice and the compassion of the guru both will seed the silence inside you.

When silence starts governing you internally and the body becomes still. This is the idle moment to focus on the third eye. Maintain these moments till the third eye is visible to you.

How would you recognize the third eye until you know something about its shape and color? When you sit crosslegged and silence your thoughts which will not make you disturb. Focus between your eyebrows then a blue circle of light would be visible. If you are meeting all the favorable conditions of its emerging then you will see a golden light encircling blue light. In the center of the blue circle, you will see a tiny white star. You need to penetrate this white star.

Sometimes I have observed an eye similar to our own eyes. Behold it and convey your longing/yearning/any question which you want to be asked. Now life comes forward to support you in the best possible way. Beware to avoid asking a question that is not inclined to selfishness. The solution to your inner conflict would be addressed by life itself. I have been doing it. I have tested it several times. Your ‘life’ is bound to show you the reasonable path best suitable to you, and coming out of your dilemma. Best of luck.
